Irish Beef

The Thinking House is an innovative thinking & idea centre created by Bord Bia that offers research and development facilities to new businesses and startup companies in the food and drinks industry. The brief of this project was to come up with an effective identity design and exhibition to promote Irish Beef. The identity had to include a logo and visual contextualisation to convey it's core message as a strong Irish brand.

My design was inspired by the people behind the beef. Irish Beef wouldn't be what it is today without those who make it special. Irish agriculture is cherished and the uniqueness is based on the craft and dedication of our farmers, butchers, chefs but most of all the consumers who place their trust in Irish Beef. I wanted to keep the design clean and simple to ensure the story behind the beef was the true focus.
